Practical details

The rooms are available from 3 p.m. and are vacated before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The compulsory tourist tax is to be paid on site (1.20 € per day and per person: subject to change).

Animals are not allowed.

Baby equipment loan on request: cot, high chair, potty and infant bath. (in the limit of the available stock)

Rental of beach towels.

The hotel accepts late arrivals. However, for any arrival after 8 p.m., we ask you to let us know in order to organize your arrival as well as possible.

Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Possibility of depositing your luggage in case of early arrival or late departure.

You also have access to the swimming pool or the beach while waiting for your room to be ready or after your departure.

If you have any particular wishes, you can communicate them to us in writing when making your reservation. We will do our best to satisfy you. However, this is never a commitment on our part and our responsibility can not be engaged as a result.

Any reservation made implies acceptance of our general conditions of sale.

Rental conditions:
To guarantee your reservation, a credit card number (Visa, Carte Bleue, Mastercard, American express) is required and it must be accompanied by a direct debit authorization (VAD). The reservation department will contact you for this. This same bank card will be requested on the day of your arrival as well as the associated identity card.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice in the event of late payment of the deposit.
Compulsory supplement: the tourist tax is 1.20 € per day and per person.


Booking conditions:
Stay of 1 to 3 nights: 30% payable on booking, the balance according to the following periods:
- Low season: balance to be paid from 7 days before the start of the stay
- High season: balance to be paid from 30 days before the start of the stay
Stay of more than 3 nights: 30% payable on booking, the balance according to the following periods:
- Low season: balance to be paid from 7 days before the start of the stay
- High season: balance to be paid from 30 days before the start of the stay

Upon arrival, you MUST present your photo ID as well as your credit card used when booking, which will be used as a guarantee for payment of any extras, damage or missing items in the room.


Terms of cancelation :
Stay of 1 to 3 nights:
In low season: Free cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount from 7 days before arrival.
In high season: Free cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount from 30 days before arrival.

Stay of more than 3 nights:
In low season: Free cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount from 7 days before arrival.
In high season: Free cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount from 30 days before arrival.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is invoiced and non-refundable.
